Deposit Policy

Deposits placed with Mustang Performance House represent a buyer's commitment to complete the purchase within 7 days. Failure to finalize the purchase within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Please ensure that you are ready to proceed before making a deposit.

Returns

We are dedicated to providing top-quality products and services at Mustang Performance House, but we understand that returns may be necessary. Please read through our return policy below:

• Initial Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable and are not included in the purchase price.
• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, whether the return is related to warranty issues or not.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied at Mustang Performance House’s discretion.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, engines, engine kits, transmission kits, transmissions, and other engine/transmission-related special order kits are non-returnable.

Warranty

At Mustang Performance House, we stand behind the quality of the parts and products we sell. Please review the following warranty information:

• Body Parts: We do not guarantee the paint on any body parts, as many of these are used. We recommend re-painting all body parts upon receipt to ensure the best finish.
• Professional Installation Required: To maintain warranty validity, all parts must be installed by a certified mechanic. Failure to provide documentation of professional installation will result in the voiding of the warranty.
• Warranty Coverage: Most parts we sell are covered by a 120-day warranty, with drivetrain components such as engines, transmissions, and rear axles carrying a 3-month/3,000-mile warranty from the date the part is received.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover the cost of reprogramming, labor, or reinstallation unless a labor warranty was purchased at checkout. In the event that a part fails within the warranty period, we will either replace the part with a functionally equivalent part or issue a refund for the purchase price, at our discretion. Deposits and unwanted special order parts or "cut" items are not refundable.

Please note that original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important Freight Information

Due to the size and nature of some of our products, freight shipments must be thoroughly inspected upon delivery.

• Inspect Freight Before Signing: It is important to inspect the shipment when it arrives. If you notice any damage, do not sign for the delivery. You may refuse the shipment due to damage, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
• Signature Acceptance: If you sign for the delivery and it is later found to be damaged, you will be responsible for the items as they are considered accepted.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL for engine kits, which are non-returnable for a refund.
